BBM programmes include: Free Community Boot Camps welcoming, exercise, motivation and nutrition tips in community spaces around Auckland for up to 150 people at each Boot Camp.

BBM Morning Blast

An early morning express 30-40 min High intensity training workout, offering progression & regression exercises to suit all levels of fitness. All welcome

KONGA┬« 

An easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance and Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades. This class caters to all levels of fitness

BBM Heavy Weight Champs

A mid-morning beginner to intermediate session that uses regression to full bodyweight movement. Class caters to all levels of fitness but more suited to our heavy weights looking for a challenge.

BBM Body Weight Hit

A High Intensity Training workout, offering bodyweight exercises (progression & regression) tailored to suit all levels of fitness - All welcome

BBM Body Weight Mums & Bubs

A 30 minute express class catered to Mum and Dads. We encourage parents to bring their children during these sets.

BBM Boxfit with GTP

Our Boxfit sessions are for all fitness levels, and include aspects of Boxing training (without sparring) *Limited gloves and pads provided

Stretch & Tone with Brigitte 

A beginner/moderate level class designed to increase flexibility, body awareness and alignment, and to relax and reduce muscle tension and stress. Yoga mats provided but limited*. This class resumes from the 7th of February with a new start time of 9:30am

BBM From the Couch 

BBM's From the Couch program was set up to help people who are not able to stand for very long and has no ground exercises. The aim of it is to get people off the couch and into Heavyweight champs class. These classes are now closed for this intake and we are no longer accepting walk ns to the sessions.
