The Brown Buttabean

My name is David Letele, aka Brown Buttabean.

I started my program to help motivate people on their weight-loss journey. My life has been a rollercoaster. Real rags, to riches, then back to rags again. Through some bad decisions in business and in my personal life, I lost everything - my businesses, my family, and my health.

In February 2014, I weighed in at 210kg. I was depressed and hated my life and the body I was trapped in. In less than a year, I managed to lose 75kg. I have now lost over 100kg and maintained it. I did this the old-fashioned way, with training techniques and nutritional advice that I picked up over the years through rugby league, and boxing.

My programs and this app are all about motivating you by sharing my journey and everything I know works. If I can do it, anyone can.
