You can sign up online or visit one of our BBM locations in Manukau & New Lynn. Our team will help you set up your membership and access to Gym Master.
On the Gym Master app, you can:

View and update your personal details (email, phone, address, emergency contact)

Receive notifications about class updates or gym announcements
Get started today:
$10 per week. No sign up fees, 3 month minimum term
Payments begin immediately and are either weekly or fortnightly, and automatic through Gym Master.
You will be prompted to enter your BANK ACCOUNT number (this cannot be a savings account) At this stage, we’re not accepting any debit or credit cards.
When you sign up, you choose your first regular payment date. But if that date is in the future, the system needs to cover the days in between, so it charges a pro-rated amount shortly after you join.
This first payment covers you from today, until your first chosen payment date. After that, your regular weekly payments begin as normal.
Just to reiterate: If you choose a later start date for your payments, the system charges you NOW for the days in between so your membership is active straight away.
Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before signing up.
If a payment dishonours, you’ll receive a notification via GymMaster. Please update your payment method as soon as possible. Each failed payment will incur a $4.50 dishonour fee.
Yes! We offer $15 casual passes if you’d like to drop in for a single session without signing up for a membership.
Manukau – pay at reception (Cash/Eftpos/Bank transfer)
New Lynn – pay at Reen & Bean Cafe (if outside of cafe hours, please see a staff member to pay by cash or bank transfer)
Yes! We offer a single trial session so you can experience our classes and facilities before committing. If you’ve never been to BBM before, please contact Tino at 021 971 125 or email [email protected] to book your trial. It’s a great way to see if BBM is the right fit for you.
We understand that life can sometimes interrupt your fitness routine. We offer the option to put your membership on hold for valid reasons to support you during these times. If you need to put your membership on hold, please enquire with our Admin team – [email protected]
