Tabata is high-intensity interval training - an exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods.
One Tabata is 8x 20-second rounds with a 10-second rest and in total 4 minutes work.
You can access music Tabata playlists from Spotify or on Youtube. The great thing about it is that the music is timed to help you do the rounds so you don't have to use a timer.
