We've got your back
The Ministry of Pacific Peoples' #WeGotyourback campaign speaks directly to our Auckland Communities in response to Level 3 lockdown. It is with a specific focus on reaching South Auckland communities during this time.
In the last COVID-19 lockdown, BBM Motivation live-streamed 17 exercise sessions on Facebook per week. Dave Letele also hosted live talk events with numerous guests to discuss topics ranging from Mental Health with Mike King, Healthy Homes with Katheren Leiter from Asthma NZ, COVID-19 testing with Alliance Health Plus director of Nursing Pauline Fuimaono Sanders and Turuki Healthcare GP Dr Monica Liva, Diabetes and Obesity with Professor Warwick Bagg, who is an endocrinologist, Diabetologist and Physician and much more to help educate and create awareness on health-related issues.
In the 'We Got your Back' campaign, Dave speaks of his experience and encourages the importance of seeking advice from credible sources, also breaking down the basics. Wear a mask, keep distance and wash your hands.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere of BBM and the sense of belonging. I can’t fault anything about BBM! It needs to be everywhere.

"The BBM program saved my life. It is more than a weight loss program, this program is life changing!"
I totally enjoyed being motivated, inspired and challenged, not being left alone, having team encouragement and looking forward to see the team members every week.
