Phil’s BBM journey started 4 years ago when he was told by his doctors that if he didn’t do something about his weight, he would be facing an early death. His weight loss journey has been consistent and one that has inspired many. Phil’s start weight was 295kgs, he is now lost over 140kgs through his commitment to attending BBM sessions and making positive lifestyle changes.
Phil takes his own session called BBM Heavy Weight Champs and also supports other BBM programs; From the Couch, Boxfit and Heavy Weight Hit.
His weight loss has resulted in the achievement of many personal goals. Most recently he completed extensive boxing training for his ﬁrst under-card Heavy Weight Boxing ﬁght. When Phil’s not helping inspire others on their health journey, he is a key supporter of BBM’ events and programs helping serve many BBM and the wider community.

I’ve always loved the atmosphere of BBM and the sense of belonging. I can’t fault anything about BBM! It needs to be everywhere.
